Andy Coles OBE
Marina Manager

Former Royal Navy nuclear submarine captain, Andy enjoys the marina environement and working with his team. Passionate about rugby, he is an active rugby referee and is a 'Devils' hockey fan. His family home is in Devon.

Beks Raynor
Marina Administrator

Beks joined the team as the first lockdown started. She loves her role at the marina where her smile and customer focus always ensures a warm welcome to the office. She lives with her family in Barry.

Lewis Cooper
Marina Operative

Our longest serving marina team member, Lewis loves working in the marina and looking after bertholders. He is often seen moving boats around the river and has a particular passion for pressure washing boats. Lewis lives with his family in Barry.

Jon Evans
Marina Operative

Jon joined the Marina Team in the summer of 2021 having previously worked at Cardiff Marine Village. With many years experience in the industry and a qualified skipper, Jon enjoys spending time with customers and delivering a world class customer service to them.

Sharon Kendrick
Marina Administrator

Sharon joined the team in Autumn 2021 and quickly settled in. As well as enjoing working in a waterfront environment, she is a part time teacher and particularly enjoys Latin and ballroom dancing. Sharon lives in Rhoose.

James Evans
Marina Operative

James, a university graduate, joined the marina at the at the start of the 2022 season.  He has settled into the position as a Marina Operative and achieved his Powerboat 2 certification soon after joining.   Previously employed in the hospitality industry, James is engaging and gregarious and very much enjoys the daily challenges the role presents.
